Aggregation programs and cooperative purchasing agreements have been around for a while, but rarely in a residential setting.

We are the first company to leverage the buying power of togetherness to achieve lower project prices.

Currently, we are seeking up to 15 residential projects for concrete replacement and paving for each geographic territory.

How it works:

1. Homeowners need a replacement driveway submit the form on this page.

2. Our project manager will conduct a site visit to develop a scope of work.

3. Your individual project gets pooled with the other projects on our list.

4. We request bids from vetted and qualified contractors.

5. Contractors reduce their materials and labor costs due to the potential of receiving multiple projects at once.

6. Blue Streak provides each homeowner with their portion of the cost estimate from each bidding contractor. Bids will show actual cost proposal vs. cost the homeowner would pay if finding a contractor independently.

7. Each homeowner decides to move forward with the project or not. Then, a timeline and schedule is made for each homeowner.

8. Project commences and Blue Streak project manager ensures project is on task and on budget.
